The application process for first-time enrollment
If you are interested in our school, we encourage you to first attend one of our Open House events to enrich your understanding of our school and its curriculum, and then to schedule an individual school visit. Class observations will help you better understand and familiarize yourself with the exceptional learning opportunities we offer.

Pool of applicants:
Each year we accept new students from a pool of applicants.
You may submit your application for admission for the upcoming academic school year starting October 1st through February 28th. Please submit and return all documents before the deadline to ensure consideration of your application. Applications for admission are accepted throughout the year, but those received after the deadline will be reviewed on a space-available basis.

Admission requirements:
Children entering Preschool must be three years old by December 31 of the current school year and must be toilet-trained. If you are applying to Preschool, Pre-K and Kindergarten, your child will be invited to attend an observation session. There is no language competency requirement in French for admission to our Preschool, Pre-K or Kindergarten classes. However, students attending a non-French school applying to Elementary and Middle School grades will have to take a language proficiency test prior to admission.

Admission and class placement will be made upon meeting the child and his/her family, a review of his/her academic records, and the readiness of the candidate and family for the demands of a bilingual education.

Re-enrollment:
Your child is currently attending our school for the current academic year. We will send you a re-enrollment packet in mid-February for the next school year. You will have two weeks to return the re-enrollment agreement.
