Admission and class placement are made upon meeting the child and his/her family and a review of his/her academic records.

Non-English speaking students are accepted at all levels. Non-French speaking students are accepted until Kindergarten. It is important for our students to attend our school at an early age in order for them to succeed at grade level in both languages.

Children entering pre-school must be three years old by December 31 of the current school year and must be toilet-trained.

The application process for first-time enrollment
If you are interested in our school, we encourage you to begin by visiting the school (by appointment only) and/or by participating in one of our Open House events to enrich your understanding of our school's mission and educational program.

Applications for admission are accepted throughout the year, however due to increasing demand, we strongly recommend that you contact us several months before the potential enrollment.

All applications should be completed by the end of December in order to be included in our first round of admissions decisions in early February. Students whose files are completed after the deadline are accepted based on space availability.

If you are interested in applying to our school, please follow the steps outlined below:

- Download and print the application for admission for 2009-2010 or for 2010-2011
(The electronic form may be completed on-line before printing)

- Fill out the Application for admission form and return it with a $50 non-refundable application fee (the application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable administrative fee for processing the application) .
If the child is currently attending school, please enclose a copy of your child academic records (current and previous year).

Re-enrollment:
Your child is currently attending our school for the current academic year. We will send you a re-enrollment packet in mid-February for the next school year. You will have two weeks to return the re-enrollment agreement.
