1. Create your application using our online admissions platform.

2. Pay the application fee. 
3. Upload all required documents:
   • A recent photo of the applicant
   • Copies of report cards or progress reports
   • The teacher's digital recommendation form
   • For students applying to grade 6 and above, upload a brief essay explaining why you would like to attend FASP.
4. Schedule an in-visit class or virtual interview.

Applications for the 2026-27 school year became available on September 16, 2025.

Early Admissions

Families ready to commit to FASP and would like their child to be admitted early will receive a decision letter within two weeks of their application's completion. If accepted, families have two weeks to sign the enrollment contract and pay the deposit.

Regular Admissions

• February 15, 2026 - Application Deadline

• February 15, 2026 - Deadline to apply to FASP financial aid program (thru SSS )

• February 20, 2026- Deadline to apply to the AEFE scholarship program (French nationals only)

• February 27, 2026 - Admissions Notifications

• February 27, 2026 - Financial Aid Notifications*

• March 13, 2026 - Deadline to sign the enrollment contract

*Please note that the admissions and financial aid processes are independent. The alignment of the two calendars allows families to have all the necessary financial information before deciding on their child's enrollment at FASP.

Late Admissions

Applications received after February 15, 2026 will be reviewed on a rolling basis and qualified students will be accepted depending on availability in each grade.

• Children may join FASP at 30 months.

• Children must be fully toilet-trained, meaning that children are able to recognize when they have to go and communicate to an adult before they have to go and use the bathroom - including wiping and pulling shorts up/down - on their own.

• No prior knowledge of French is required to enter FASP in Preschool through Grade 5. Students applying to middle school need to demonstrate French language proficiency.

• Students applying to grades 1 through 8 who do not currently attend a French, French-American, or an international school with a French program participate in an academic assessment prior to admission.
