Extended Day Program

The Extended Day Program at FASP takes place before and after-school hours in a warm and friendly environment to meet the needs of students and families. We currently offer before-school care beginning at 7:45 a.m. and after-school care until 6:00 p.m.

Our program includes before-school care and after-school activities and childcare or study hall. We provide families with flexibility. You can register your child for the before-school care, after-school activities, or the study hall, or a combination, from one to five days a week. Activities vary by trimester.

Our childcare/study hall program includes snack time, supervised outdoor play, and a quiet area for homework for students in Grades 1-8 with academic support from our faculty.

The Extended Day Program will not operate during holidays, winter break, snow days, or in the event of an early dismissal.

However, we may offer camps during Fall and Spring Breaks. Discover a few highlights of our Halloween camp further below!

FASP Halloween Camp

It's been a very spook-tacular week here at the Halloween Camp at FASP. From carving pumpkins and making scarecrows to meeting the local firemen for a brief lesson in fire safety, and then getting their palms read by a mysterious clairvoyant during a treasure hunt, our students fully enjoyed their Fall recess!
